Blade Assembly w/Holder (set of 36) for Berkel Bread Slicers Blade with Pin and Threaded Holder for easy installation Length 10-3/8' (pin to pin), Width 3/8' Replacement for Berkel part # 4575-00693 Fits Berkel models MB & GMB Blade for Berkel bread slicers; fits all 'MB' models. Length of blade is 10-3/8 inch pin to pin. Includes pin and threaded holder. These replacement blades are machined from the finest chromium-alloy steel, giving them unequaled strength and sharp edges. Each weld is filed and smoothed by hand then checked with a micrometer to ensure uniformity. A final honing operation removes absolutely all burrs and metal particles from the blade. Blade length is guaranteed to be true to within .003'.
