The silicone is tear resistant and, with its safety in heat up to 450F, remains food grade even when holding boiling isomalt. Marvelous molds incorporate so-called blades, ridges sharp enough to cut into fondant like gumpaste cutters, and the silicone's flexibility makes removal of the fondant easy. 1-3/4 inch x 6-1/2 inch.
