The silicone is tear resistant and, with its safety in heat up to 450F, remains food grade even when holding boiling isomalt. Marvelous molds incorporate so-called blades, ridges sharp enough to cut into fondant like gumpaste cutters, and the silicone's flexibility makes removal of the fondant easy. 1-3/4 inch x 6-1/2 inch. Impart a design to marzipan (similar to almond paste), buttercream, royal icing, sugarpaste, gumpaste and candy clay Sculpt your butter, chocolate and fudge Lend fashion to hard or gummy candy Give surprising shapes to jellylike dishes like gelatin, jello, galleh (p'tche) and aspic Marvelous Molds withstand cold as well.
