Like the Flourish Centerpiece mold (item SM-16), this one has plumes that branch at a mutual midpoint. The subtle differences make these molds (and their imprints) non-identical twins. Resistant to tearing, this silicone mold is also safe in temperatures up to 450F, more than enough heat resistance for handling isomalt. The 'blades' (as the company calls them) are integrated ridges that cut into fondant as well as gumpaste cutters do, and the pliability of the mold makes it easy to remove the fondant. 1-3/4 inch x 7 inch. Impart a pattern to marzipan (similar to almond paste), sugarpaste, gumpaste and other cake-decorating edibles Give unusual shape to jellylike dishes like gelatin, jello, galleh (p'tche) and aspic Also resistant to cold, Marvelous Molds are suited for sculpting ice cream.
