All these chevron molds are 4 inch x 6-1/4 inch. No less food-grade than plastic fondant-decorating stencils, the Marvelous Molds Silicone Onlay also offers pliancy and a raised imprint, unlike the flat imprint that a plastic stencil tends to produce. The pliancy of the Onlay lets you place it on and peel it off the cake, rather than taking the fondant out of the stencil first, a method that could cause the fondant to lose its shape by the time it reaches the cake.
