Product Details
The ice cream chocolate piece shaped in each cavity of this mold should measure 3-1/2 inch x 2 inch x 1 inch high. 3 cavities A pound of chocolate poured into this mold should make about 10 ice cream–shaped chocolate pieces in this mold. Transparent colorless mold 1/64 inch (1/2 millimeter) thick. Firm but bendable. Mold is 7.3 inch x 9.6 inch overall. Plastic is FDA approved for food use. Do NOT put in dishwasher. This mold cannot take heat, only warmth. Chocolate is warm. Use it. Candy liquid is hot. Don't use it. Use with 4 inch lollipop sticks, including Wilton 1912-1006 and BakeDeco numbers STCK-418 and STCK-4532.
