Each sheet 16 inch x 10 inch A galactic pattern of ruddy nebulas spread among orbiting white circles and golden stellar specks. The food colors (meeting FD&C requirements) cover a clear plastic sheet and transfer to chocolate, which retains the pattern after turning solid. A common way of using a transfer sheet is with a magnetic polycarbonate mold, which consists of two parts. First remove the top of the mold (the part with the cavities), then lay the sheet (facing up) on the bottom of the mold (the solid flat part), then place the top back on, then pour in your chocolate, which, once hard, will be adorned with the transfer-sheet pattern.
