Product Description

The four identical molds in this set are each the PL02 Acapulco mold, and the set comes with a polycarbonate tray. Pavoni's Pavogel is made for ice cream on a stick, 50 of them included. The stick is inserted (beneath the ice cream cavities) in a slot whose compartment (part of the mold) is hinged. The two parts of that compartment are held together by nubs and matching holes. The hinge allows you to open the slotted compartment and lift the ice cream out by the stick, so the food and your fingers don't make contact. That means easy, fast and clean removal of ice cream from the mold. Using the Pavogel mold With a pastry bag or funnel, fill the Pavogel cavities. Insert each stick in its slot. Even out the ice cream with a spatula. Put in blast chiller for 90 minutes. Open the hinge and lift the ice cream out by the stick. Each cavity of the Acapulco Pavogel mold 2 inch x 3-3/4 inch x 1 inch high (50mm x 95mm x 25mm high). Volume each cavity 3.0 oz (90ml). Overall size of each mold 5-5/8 inch x 7-5/8 inch x 1 inch high (143mm x 194mm x 25mm high). Size of polycarbonate tray 11-9/16' x 15-1/2' x 7/16' high (294mm x 394mm x 11mm high) Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 4-3/8 inch (10mm x 111mm). Firm but flexible silicone with temperature resistance of -40 to 536 F (-40 to 280C) Unique ice-cream-stick compartment with hinge for easy and clean removal of ice cream by the stick Polycarbonate tray included 50 wooden sticks included.
