Eppicotispai 36-Square-Hole Ravioli Maker Measurements: Zigzag cutting edge 35mm (1-3/8 inch) Top inside of square 24mm (1 inch) Bottom outside of square 18mm (11/16 inch) Tray size 133mm x 307mm (5-1/4 inch x 12-1/16 inch) Rolling pin 253mm (9-15/16 inch) overall Length of barrel 162mm (6-3/8 inch) The pasta pieces cut out with this ravioli maker have an overall square shape, not just a square outline. To use the ravioli maker: Sprinkle the tray with flour. Cut a sheet of pasta to the tray's width and lay the sheet on the tray. At each cavity, press down the pasta and, into the space, put filling. Cut a second sheet of pasta and lay it on top of the filled-cavity pasta sheet. Sprinkle with flour. Pressing the rolling pin, roll it down the tray to seal and divide the ravioli pieces. Turn over the tray to help the ravioli pieces come out. Rubber feet to protect your work surface and keep the tray from sliding Made in Italy.
