Silikomart Amore Mold 20.3 ounce (600ml) 5.4 inch x 5.6 inch x 2.0 inch high (137mm x 140mm x 50mm high) 1 plastic heart-shape cutter (not heat resistant) included Like the Silikomart Eclipse mold, Amore forms a dessert with rounded sides because of the bulge on the inside of the mold. An inner layer for the Amore heart dessert can be molded in the Silikomart STGEL03 heart silicone mold. (The slots in that mold allow you to slide in sticks to make ice cream pops but don't require it.) Suited for sweet and savory food Releases baked food and can be peeled off frozen food Resists heat in oven up to 446F (230C) and cold in freezer down to -76F (-60C) Made in Italy.
