Traulsen UPT7212-LL-SB is a salad prep table, made for professionals. It comes with reinforced pan ledge, removable pan cover and front breathing self-contained refrigeration system. The drawers, top and sides are made from high-quality stainless steel. The evaporator is automatic and non-electric. The thermometer is mounted inside. It can accommodate 6 size pans.
