The standard work height of the Traulsen UPT7212-RR is 36-1/4'. However, the height can be adjusted. You get adjustable legs (made from stainless steel as well). The thermometer is mounted in the interior. The pan ledge is reinforced, so it is much safer than on other products. In addition, you get white nylon cutting board and magnetic snap-in door gaskets.
