Traulsen UPT7224-RR-SB prep unit, comes with adjustable legs (made from stainless steel), automatic evaporator, R-134a Refrigerant and doors that have been developed for professional use (stay open and self-closing feature). The unit is made from stainless steel, except the interior (aluminum). The standard height of the unit is 36-1/4'.
