The unit offers additional kits that can be used for adjusting the height of the unit. The standard height of Traulsen UPT7230-LR is 36-1/4'. Every customer also gets adjustable legs. There are 4 of them and they are 6 inches tall. The unit is made from stainless steel and aluminum. It is durable and it offers great quality at affordable price. The doors have stay open and self-closing features (105 degrees). The unit also offers reinforced pan ledge and removable pan cover (stainless steel).
