Traulsen UPT7230-RR-SB comes with interior door liners, made from aluminum, inside mounted thermometer and other, great features. Maybe the best and the most useful feature are self-closing doors. They also have stay open feature, commonly used in professional kitchens. The whole unit is made from stainless steel, except the interior (aluminum for corrosion resistance).
