Pinwheel-Bow Silicone Fondant Mold 2-1/8 inch x 2-7/8 inch The Pinwheel Bow Mold forms a perfectly shaped, double loop fabric bow; a gorgeous embellishment for a wide variety of cake designs. A new addition to the Elisa Strauss Collection, Pinwheel unmolds flawlessly and saves the cake decorator the time required to roll out gum paste, shape the bow and wait for it to dry. Worn in the hair, pinwheel bows are also popular on gift boxes. The lifelike gumpaste pinwheel bow that's shaped in this mold will hold together and stay intact while drying. This mold: Works on chocolate and other edibles, including liquefied isomalt, with the mold's 400F heat resistance Molds non-edibles Cuts and separates molded fondant from the rest of your rolled-out sheet, thanks to the 'self-trimming blade' (one piece with the rest of the mold).
