Gobel Non-Stick Tinned-Steel Fluted Barquette Mold Number 294150 4-3/4 inch x 1-7/8 inch x 1/2 inch high (120mm x 50mm x 14mm high) Tin-plated steel (also called tinplate) PTFE coating (same material as Dupont's trademarked Teflon) Made for daylong use in the bakery kitchen, this mold is built strong to retain its shape throughout repeated baking cycles. The classic mold for fluted-barquette (boat shaped) tartlets, hors d'oeuvres and petit fours.
