PME Cake Steamer provides a new and easy way of steaming your cakes and sugar decorations. Remove unwanted Icing Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Cornflour and Cornstarch. Create a wonderful shine to your Flowers, Leaves and Sugarpaste Cakes. Also ideal for setting powdered colours that have been brushed onto flowers, leaves, and other fondant and gum paste pieces. The steamer has a heat up time of 1 minute and a running time of 8 minutes. Water tank capacity is 140 ml.
