Demarle Flexipan Origine Cushion Mold (55 cl) FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE is a range of flexible two-component silicone and glass knit molds suitable for bread making and baking. They have a perforated texture which ensures optimal heat circulation to obtain a crispy finished product and a perfect color. Non-stick, FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE molds are very resistant, up to 3000 cycles without any risk of losing the non-stick properties. The perfect non-stick qualities and resistance of FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE molds in baking up to +240 ° C (500F) as well as deep-freezing up to -40 ° C is also suitable for frozen raw products. The same food-safe silicone-fiberglass fusion as multiple-cavity Flexipan Origines but with one cavity only. Easy to clean Conforms to US regulations on food-grade silicone--FDA compliant, NSF approved Kosher certified Resists the same heat and cold as metal trays and pans, -20F to 536F Can be used to freeze and then bake--in the same mold Fiberglass mesh construction + food grade silicone Flange to help you carry the filled mold Dimensions: 5' x 6.75' x 1.5' high (130mm x 170mm x 40mm high) Measurements with flange: 6.25' x 7.75' (159mm x 197mm) Depth: 1.5" (40 mm) Volume: (55 cl) Thanks to the use of FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE, the products have the advantage of being perfectly calibrated and consistent (size, color and crisp).
