Silikomart 'Kit Tablette' Tortaflex Mold Includes decorating mat (item TEX13) and log/buche mold (item TOR250x90) This textured sheet is a step up from the plastic ones, as it is heat-resistant up to 446F (230C). Line the buche mold with this silicone sheet (textured side up), pour in the batter, bake, remove the sheet and remove the mold, revealing a textured cake. With this silicone's cold resistance down to -76F (-60C), you can use the sheet for texturing ice cream as well. Textured Sheet measures 7.3' x 9.8' x 0.15' H. (185mm x 250mm x 3mm H) Buche Mold measures 9.84' x 3.54' x 2.75' H (250mm x 90mm x 70mm H).
