Kosher Fish Gelatin Not kosher for Passover Made exclusively of tilapia fish Granulated Particle size 40 mesh Strength 250 bloom* *Bloom number indicates strength of gel and spans 50 (lowest) to 325 (highest). 250 is in the high-bloom range. Gelatin is an all-natural thickening agent with no odor, taste, or color. When combined with a liquid, it forms a gel that can add just the right amount of body to desserts like mousses, souffles, and ice cream. To use, stir the gelatin into the specified amount of water (depending on the amount and thickness of gel needed). Then divide into small pieces and add directly to a hot mixture, or heat to liquefy before adding to a cold mixture. Repackaged from CRC under the Tartikov Hechsher. .
