Oxo Good Grips 1273180 Simple Mandoline Slicer Can adjust to 4 blades settings: 1/16' slice, 1/8' slice, 1/4' slice and julienne slice. The Simple Mandoline is simple for anyone to use, but switching between settings is so intuitive, even an experienced chef will appreciate its ease. The tab slides to easily adjust between three slice thickness settings, julienne setting and storage setting. The soft handle provides a soft, comfortable grip and the non-slip feet keep the Simple Mandoline Slicer steady while in use. The spring-loaded food holder pushes food for even slicing with little to no waste, and has a generous rim to protect your fingers. When you're finished slicing, there are no loose blades to clean or organize; the integrated blades are easy to clean. The legs fold in and the food holder nests on the upside-down Mandoline for convenient, compact storage. Creates uniform slices with ease, safety and versatility. Select from three slice thickness as well as julienne settings with the Simple Mandoline Slicer. The spring-loaded food holder pushes food for even slicing with minimal waste and has a generous rim to protect fingers. The angled, adjustable blade is made of japese stainless steel and is integrated for safety and convenience.
