DeBuyer 6242-20 Copper Stew Pan with Lid This copper stew pan offers uniform heat distribution through the bottom and sides, perfect for slow simmering aromatic stocks. The pan is made of 90% copper and 10% stainless-steel construction with a gloss polish finish. Stainless-steel interior and lid offers easy cleaning and durability. 2mm-thick copper body heats and cools fast and evenly. Tight-fitting stainless-steel lid circulates heat and moisture. The Pan has a magnetic bottom which makes it perfect for induction. The handle is riveted ergonomic and made of cast stainless steel which stays cool. This pan is great for simmering, reducing, and cooking large quantities.
