DeBuyer 6224-20 Copper Fry Pan - 8' This copper fry pan has a special innovative magnetic bottom which makes it perfect for induction. This pan is 90-Percent copper and 10-Percent stainless with a gloss polish finish. It is 2mm thick copper stainless steel. The handle is riveted ergonomic and made of cast stainless steel which stays cool. Copper provides perfect heat distribution on sides, which is great for delicate preparations such as sauces. Features: 90-Percent Copper, 10-Percent Stainless Steel Made in France Compatible with Gas, Electric, Induction and Vitroceramic Care: Care of copper: use a polishing paste Care of stainless steel: wash by hand .
