Edible Diamond-Framed Rectangle Gems, 8 Pieces Each gem measures approximately 22mm x 28mm Package contains 8 pieces Add beautiful accents to your cakes, cookies and cupcakes with these handcrafted rectangle gems. Do not store in refrigerator/freezer. Keep in a cool, dry place at all times. Caution: As this is a sugar product, it will absorb moisture which will cause the jewel to cloud and turn white (harmless). Therefore, place the jewel on the dessert just before serving. Dry Surfaces are best; fondant, icing.. This product is made from a sugar substitute, Isomalt. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly restore their luster.
