Saken Electric Vibrating Sifter 23-5/8 Inch Diameter 180W, 110V, 1.64A, 60Hz This sifter comes with a separate control box for operation, including the on/off button. A mesh-screen frame fits between two decks of this sifter. The sifter pictured here has two decks, meaning it has one mesh-screen frame. Each additional mesh-screen frame, however, needs only one more deck, so that three decks will accommodate two mesh-screen frames, four decks will accommodate three mesh-screen frames, and so on. This sifter will not make a mess during operation. The parts of the unit fit together without without leaving empty spaces. No gaps means no way for the flour to get out. It stays inside the machine. Plug type NEMA 5-15P Cord length--starting at the control box--34 inches To place the sifter at a comfortable height, use the same stand as for a 20-quart Hobart mixer.
