You've just got to try this "Tufted Swiss Dot Simpress™" which enables you to place dragées perfectly into the Simpress™ as a first step followed by placing sheeted fondant on top. Simply press the fondant down into the Simpress™ and on to the dragées to create a perfect swiss dot fondant panel that is applied to the cake with results too impressive to describe. If you choose not to use dragées, the Simpress™ still creates a geometrically perfect quilted, diamond tufted design your customers, friends and family will adore.
