Alfa VS-12DHES Disc Holder with Extended Shaft (an Extra 1/3') NSF approved. For use with Alfa's PB-12 power base or MC-12 meat grinder. Does not fit Hobart machines Extended-shaft disc holder used with Alfa's GS-12 Grater/Shredder Attachment -- not for Hobart VS9 attachment (because of shaft extension, which keeps the disc holder from sliding all the way into the Hobart machine) Precision machined of polished aluminum Used with stainless steel shredder/grater discs.
