The 80B S/S flat beater ("B" Style) is made of stainless steel instead of the customary aluminum construction for long-lasting durability. This 80qt Beater Paddle and fits on Hobart mixer models L800, and M802. Best used for mashing potatoes, mixing cakes, icings. Use 1st speed to start, medium speed to finish.
