The C24EA Series with professional controls has a five-pan capacity and includes a stainless steel steam generator with a manual timed-drain Smart Drain System featuring a PowerFlush system that helps decrease the accumulation of mineral deposits. It also has a heavy duty door and door latch mechanisms with a gasket guard to maintain a tight seal. A manual 60-minute timer in this electric counter convection steamer will give you control over cooking times.
