Pavoni Top Ice Decoration Silicone CORAL Mold, 361.5mm x 251.5mm x 21.5mm H Cavity Size: 361.5mm x 251.5mm x 21.5mm H Volume: 1087ml (36.8 Oz) Silicone mould to create original, interesting textures on pans of icecream. A fantastic eye-catcher for your windows. Suitable for gelato pans 360x250 mm How can you use the mould? With every type of creamy product, like hazelnut or pistachio cream, with a fruit glée or even directly with gelato, to create a perfect moulding. Cool down in the blast chiller to pull the product out of the mold. Decorate the top witha delicate velvet effect, a glaze or just leave it natural. To clean a Pavoflex mold after use, rinse with hot water. If the mold is dirty, rub with soft sponge and mild soap (like the liquid kind used on dishes). Can also be put in the dishwasher. To sanitize the mold, leave in oven for two minutes at 150C (302F).
