Product Details
Natural Gel Paste Colors were specifically designed for buttercream icing, they can also be used in dough or any product you want to color without it breaking down. Tru Color is a healthy alternative to synthetic ingredients with artificial preservatives. These colors are free of FD&C dyes, free of artificial preservatives and free of allergens including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shell fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soya. Gluten Free and GMO Free. Directions for Use: To make a gel paste from your powder you will have to dissolve it completely, a good starting point is a 1:1 ratio, one part water to one part powder such as 1 teaspoon water to one teaspoon powder. Mix only amount of color needed in a separate container until dissolved. Store unused powder in a cool, dry area away from heat and direct light. Kosher Certified by Rabbinical Council of California.
