Silikomart KIT TARTE RING PARADIS 80mm, Ring and Mold
The unique technique created by MOF Pâtissier Guillaume Mabilleau finds its expression in the new Kit Tarte Ring Paradis Ø80mm by Silikomart. The kit is composed by two elements: six rings with a 80mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating the base and a silicone mold with 6 cavities of Ø70mm x 11mm High, each to make a mousse or a cremoso to lay over the shortcrust base. The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability. The mold is 100% food-safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-stick Silikomart silicone bakeware are temperature resistant between -76 and 446 degrees Farenheit; use these pans in the oven, microwave, freezer, the pop them into the dishwasher to clean Made in Italy Mold size: Ø70 x 11mm H (Ø2.75' x .43' H) Mold volume: 37 ml (1.25 Oz) Ring size: Ø80mm x 20mm H (Ø3.15' x .79' H) Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C).
