The ring is non-stick and stainless, allows an homogenous baking and it is characterized by a high thermal stability, realizing a traditionally impeccable tart. Ring size: Ø230mm x 20mm High (Ø9' x .79' High) Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C).
