The traditional tart comes in a new 'dress' thanks to Kit Tarte Ring Square by Silikomart. The kit is composed by two elements: a 200 x 200 x 20 mm high square in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating the base and a 170 x 170 x 20 mm high silicone mold to make a mousse or a cream to lay down over the shortcrust pastry. The square is non-stick and stainless, it allows an homogenous baking and it is characterized by a high thermal stability. The tart created with Kit Tarte Ring Square is confirmed as an evergreen whose classic modernity will let you sweetly surprised. The mold is 100% food-safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-stick Silikomart silicone bakeware are temperature resistant between -76 and 446 degrees Farenheit; use these pans in the oven, microwave, freezer, the pop them into the dishwasher to clean Made in Italy Mold size: 170 x 170mm x 20mm H (6.7' x 6.7' x .79' H) Mold volume: 560 ml (18.9 Oz) Ring size: 200mm x 200mm x 20mm H (7.87' x 7.87' x .79' H) Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C).
