Covering chocolate has a delicious chocolate flavor Open pail and use a knife to cut off desired portion of Covering Chocolate. Knead the chocolate on a clean work surface to achieve a soft and pliable texture. If needed, dust surface with powdered sugar, then roll out chocolate to desired thickness. Once rolled, covering chocolate can be cut, stamped, molded, and draped to enhance your baked goods with a gourmet chocolate finish. To color covering chocolate, add food color gel or color paste when kneading. Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Vegetarian, Kosher Dairy. Recommended shipping and storage temperature not to exceed 85° F.
