Tool used to spread the biscuit evenly in order to avoid handmade irregular spreading. Ideal for smoothing and leveling sponge batters or chocolate. Heavy stainless steel construction. Adjusts from 2' to 16' width. Spreads from 1/32' up to 1/2' thick. 16.25' overall length.
