Silikomart KIT TARTE RING PALET 70mm, Ring and Mold
Inspired by the exclusive desserts "Tarte au Chocolat Grand Cru" and Tarte Citron Vert & Shiso Frais signed by the pastry chef Yann Couvreur, this precious tart will let you amaze with her elegance and harmony. The kit is composed by two elements: 8 rings with a 70mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating base and a silicone mold with a 64mm diameter to make some mousses or creams to lay over the shortcrusts. The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability. The mold is 100% food-safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-stick Silikomart silicone bakeware are temperature resistant between -76 and 446 degrees Farenheit; use these pans in the oven, microwave, freezer, the pop them into the dishwasher to clean Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C) Made in Italy Mold size: Ø64 x 18mm H (Ø2.51' x .70' H) Mold volume: 47 ml (1.58 oz) Ring size: Ø70mm x 20mm H (Ø2.75' x .79' H).
