Inspired by the exclusive desserts "Tarte au Chocolat Grand Cru" and Tarte Citron Vert & Shiso Frais signed by the pastry chef Yann Couvreur, this precious tart will allow you to amaze with his elegance and harmony. The kit is composed by two elements: two rings with a 150mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating base and two silicone molds with a 147mm diameter each to make a mousse or a cream to lay over the shortcrusts. The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability. The mold is 100% food-safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-stick Silikomart silicone bakeware are temperature resistant between -76 and 446 degrees Farenheit; use these pans in the oven, microwave, freezer, the pop them into the dishwasher to clean Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C) Made in Italy Mold size: Ø147 x 18mm H (Ø5.78' x .70' H) Mold volume: 270 ml (9.12 oz) Ring size: Ø150mm x 20mm H (Ø5.90' x .79' H).
