This dough hook is designed to fit the PPM-10 floor mixer and is an exact replacement for the original item that is included with the mixer. It works efficiently to blend ingredients into a smooth, soft dough so you can continue mixing, even if the original dough hook is missing or not available for use. Constructed from stainless steel, this dough hook is tough enough to handle repeated use without bending out of shape and it is also rust-resistant and easy to clean. Stainless steel Use with Planetary Floor Mixer PPM-10.
