Salad dressing adheres better to drier greens, eliminating expensive waste that slides off vegetables into the bottom of the bowl. The Greens Machine can also be used as a quick one-step lettuce prep system. Simply place cut-up lettuce in the sanitary innerliner, rinse, spin-dry and store in an airtight container in the cooler. Expensive double-handling is eliminated, and cut lettuce stays fresh up to three days. The Greens Machine is ideal for preserving green pepper toppings for pizza, vegetables for stir frying, and more. The Greens Machine rotates at the ideal speed, removing the optimum amount of water without damaging fragile foods. It quickly and easily dries up to 16 heads of lettuce in under 5 minutes.
