Gobel Non-Stick Tinned-Steel Fluted Barquette 3-5/8 inch x 1-3/4 inch x 1/2 inch high Tin-plated steel (also called tinplate) PTFE coating (same material as Dupont's trademarked Teflon) Made for daylong use in the bakery kitchen, this mold is built strong to retain its shape throughout repeated baking cycles. The classic mold for fluted-barquette (boat shaped) tartlets, hors d'oeuvres and petit fours. Seamless one-piece mold Resistant to bending and squeezing Coated for easy release Made in France Use & Care of Gobel Pans Please note that this mold is tinned steel, not stainless. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MOISTURE ON IT. Towel dry at once after washing.
