Flexipan Origine Half Spheres, 48 Cavities, OA 30x40 FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE is a range of flexible two-component silicone and glass knit molds suitable for bread making and baking. They have a perforated texture which ensures optimal heat circulation to obtain a crispy finished product and a perfect color. Non-stick, FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE molds are very resistant, up to 3000 cycles without any risk of losing the non-stick properties. The perfect non-stick qualities and resistance of FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE molds in baking up to +240 ° C (500F) as well as deep-freezing up to -40 ° C is also suitable for frozen raw products. Easy to clean Conforms to US regulations on food-grade silicone--FDA compliant, NSF approved Kosher certified Resists the same heat and cold as metal trays and pans, -20F to 536F Can be used to freeze and then bake--in the same mold Fiberglass mesh construction + food grade silicone Dimensions: 18" x 26" (400 x 600 mm) 48 cavities per tray Cavity: 1" (26 mm) Depth: 0.56 " (16 mm) Volume: 0.2 oz. (6 ml) Thanks to the use of FLEXIPAN® ORIGINE, the products have the advantage of being perfectly calibrated and consistent (size, color and crisp).
