Silikomart TPlus 'Pappilon' Puff Pastry Cutter Pappilon cutter has been conceived to cut and bake puff pastry, leavened dough and shortcrust pastry directly in the mold. Pappilon guarantees a perfect baking up to 356°F thanks to T-Plus innovative heat resistant plastic material. Pappilon is composed of 2 cutters which combined together provide an extraordinary tridimensional effect and a unique design. It is recommended to spread the dough at 2.5mm thickness and to use it at 23°F. Cutter dimensions: 177mm x 80mm (7.0' x 3.15') Oven safe up to 180oC (356oF) Freezer safe Dishwasher safe Heat safe plastic material.
