Production optimization and reduction of waste and errors thanks to the cutting table sizes and all related products designed to be compatible. Encourages the creation of high standard products, reducing time and cost. Differet cut sizes allow for various combinations to meet requirements. The structure of the guitar has been designed to increase the cutting angle, giving it high mechanical strength and reducing the pastry chef's effort. The wider and larger base allows for better stability during cutting. Base is made entirely from aluminum, with a structure designed to be lighter. Cutting your products will be easy, quick, and precise allowing for large quantities to be produced in just a short time. Frames are easy to change thanks to Easy System, the exclusive interlocking system. Base dimensions: 600mm x 400mm (23.6' x 15.8') Cutting surface: 380mm x 400mm (15' x 15.8') Frame size: 622mm x 442mm (24.5' x 17.4') Includes base, 3 frames, raplette, 1 stainless steel plate, service kit Frame sizes: 22.5mm, 30mm, 45mm.
