Martellato Polycarbonate Chocolate Mold, 3D Sphere Mold Three-dimensional mold for pralines in the shape of a simple sphere suitable for use on a dosing machine. The mold, in polycarbonate, is made up of three parts: the base and lid, equipped with magnets, which define the shape of the 3D praline, and a perforated plate for quick smoothing of the mold after the excess chocolate has been emptied. 28 cavities Cavity dimensions: 26mm dia. x 24mm (1.02' x 1.0') Cavity volume: 10 grams (0.4 oz.) Overall mold dimensions: 275mm x 175mm x 27.4mm (10.8' x 6.9' x 1.1') Made to withstand commercial use Made in Europe Clear, rigid polycarbonate plastic which will give your chocolate a full gloss and easy release Will not chip or break.
