O'Creme Blue Luster Dust Pump O'Creme luster dusts are used to add color and sparkle to your desserts.Use luster dusts for cake decorating, cookie decorating, and chocolate decorating. Embellish fondant, gumpaste, and icing with our dusts in a large variety of colors. Luster dusts can be applied either as a dry powder, or mixed with alcohol or water and used as a paint.
