It works equally well for cutting through rinds and the firm skins of fruits or vegetables, while the curved scallop edges slice through soft interiors with damaging the soft interior. The offset design keeps knuckles away from the cutting surface, allowing you to safely cut from the best angle, in comfort. With an easy to hold, durable, non-slip grip handle with added protective finger guard, that matches the contours of the hand for safe and accurate cuts.
