Combining an oven with compactibility gives you the versatility needed to create additional profit centers for your foodservice establishment. The pizza oven offers you effortless cooking of pizza, pretzels and more. The Pizza Oven comes with two Corderite ceramic baking decks, 3' clearance, which gives the operator the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the baking surface. Perfect for cooking pan pizza, breads or any product that is encased in a pan. Both decks distribute heat evenly and won't burn the bottom surfaces. For proper heating, oven comes equipped with three heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements located on the top of the oven and underneath each baking deck Interior is constructed of 18 gauge high heat aluminized steel Exterior and door are constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel type 430, #4 finish 1.5' thick industrial grade insulation Built-in adjustable alerts the operator when the food is ready; can be set for up to 15 minutes Oven ready light lets the operator know that the oven is hot and ready to be used Thermostat adjustable up to 650° F Standard with a 6-foot line cord Stackable Can fit up to a 18' pizza Model PO18 Serial No. 6KK116 Gas Type LP Manifold Pressure 10' BTU 25,000 Warehouse tag # k-5458.
