The blade is hollow ground, so it's easy to maintain the edge and facilitate fast re-sharpening. This knife is designed with a blade pattern to enhance the look and flavor of Japanese cuisine and help you easily cut thin slices for sashimi or sushi rolls. The handle is made out of a beautiful magnolia wood that fits comfortably in the hand. 10' blade Crafted from Dexsteel Hand washing recommended NSF Certified.
