The Comtec 1100 forms crusts for pies, pot pies, tarts, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecake and quiche, in most round pans 1 inch (2.54cm) through 12 inch (30.48cm) in diameter. Only one unskilled person is needed to form 350 to 500 perfect crusts an hour, leaving no scrap dough to recover.
